Report #6

Montreal CSETI Team & CE5 Working Group

Report #6

Montreal, Canada

September 3rd - 4th, 2023

·         At 10.30pm the original CSETI beeping tones are broadcasted through a FM transmitter for a duration of 30 minutes.

·         While the CSETI tones are being broadcasted the team does a meditation for the Earth and the CSETI CTS (coherent thought sequencing).

·         At 11.30pm, the video equipment is prepared and filming begins shortly after.

·         All time stamps are approximate.

The following has been documented and recorded on video and/or audio and can be found in our corresponding CE5 video report :

(1)    12.40am – A “flash bulb” is filmed in the sky.

(2)    12.40am – A luminous object is filmed moving quickly across the sky approximately level with the ground. It appears and disappears shortly after. (This is not a comet, meteorite or shooting star as there is no tail or particular characteristics that match the previous mentioned objects.)

(3)    1.20am – Another similar object to (1) is filmed with lower altitude than the previous.

(4)    2.15am - 2.45am – 3 “flash bulbs” are filmed.

(5)    2.40am – A “Planelike UFO”, as described in “ET Contact : The Evidence and Implications” by Dr. Greer (page 261) is observed and filmed.

(6)    2.50am – 6 sequential flashes are filmed. They are not moving in a straight line, nor is it an aircraft.

Parallel Observations

·         2.20am – A thin fibre-like streak of light is seen by one of the team members, estimated 10 – 20 feet overhead, but did not appear on video when filmed.

·         2.35am – Birds or bird-like sounds are heard nearby the working group, it is unusual for the birds in the area to be active at this time of night.

·         2.40am – The “Plane” does not appear to make any sound. A rumbling-type sound is audible to the team from a distance in the opposite direction. The teams impression was that the sound was not coming from the “Plane”. There are three flashing red lights on the bottom of it, this is not something seen on usual aircraft in the area.
